What types of pools do you service?

We service residential pools. We do not offer service for above ground pools.

Do I have to sign a contract?

All service plans are accompanied by a service agreement, which lay out the terms of the service (payment terms,  service expectations, customer information, permission to access the property at least once/week, etc.).  This service agreement can be cancelled or modified at any time given two weeks notice, upon the balance being paid in full. 

How often do you service my pool?

All pools are serviced once per week. Service can be modified depending on the specific needs of the job at hand. 

As a customer, is there anything I need to do on my scheduled day of service?

The only thing we ask is to make sure all gates and screen doors are unlocked on your service day so we can access the pool and equipment areas.  All pets should be put inside on your service day to avoid any possible altercations (dog bites, pets running out of the gated backyard, etc...).  This ensures the pool gets serviced on a consistent, weekly basis. Although we always try, if we cannot gain access, we cannot guarantee a return visit during the same week. If you have any special instructions or requests, please let us know so we can accommodate.
